If it wasn't for the crack I think it would be a decent probe.

However, the accuracy of the probes is limited to a deviation of 10 degrees. Looking more closely, I noticed that there was a hairline crack at the base of the probe where it was treated and it was no longer watertight. If you press on the tip of the probe, it will break. Looks like the bit got caught in a lathe.
