Good quality washers. Long lasting once they stick to your plate. I had to buy spray adhesive to finally get the pads to stay on the steel surface. Yes I used acetone, paint thinner, mineral spirits, tulene and every other chemical known to man to clean the metal first before putting the discs in and came back the next day with the pad slipped off the plate. Every time! I bought 3M spray adhesive and applied it to the disc and plate, voila, success. It's still connected and working fine. For your information.
