When I got the Deco M4 in 3 kits I was impressed by how easy it is to set up, how well all my tech connects to it and how smoothly the 2.4 and 5 work -GHz combined. I was pretty happy for about 27 days, then suddenly the main unit light turned red and all the slave units started flashing red. On the support site I was told that this means there is a problem with the device. In earnest? Many Thanks. Tried three hard resets. The main unit is connected to the network long enough to start or fully configure the wireless network and then turns red again. Thought maybe I'll write it off and try to remap one of the other two. nope So I'm stuck with three identical towers that are basically $170 paperweights with red lights when I want to hook them up. I'll probably try to send it in for repair or replacement, but in the meantime I've ordered another brand the next day. Delivery. And of course it had to happen on a Saturday morning.
