I really like this case, it has more than enough space for my Crystal Red 2ds and several playgrounds. It lasts 18 games, more than I have. xD If you have the original 2ds aka bread slice then I would recommend it. It also fits my charger, if you slide the charger up into the zippered area it closes easily. I wouldn't call it a hard case, but I'm sure it will protect it from most minor situations.
