Pretty spectacular devices when you know what they are for. Loosening fuel connections on old pickups in the tightest of spaces. The fuel connectors have a white "inner" clip that expands and springs outward to prevent removal. The only way to slide these latches (like fenders) inward so they clear the collar and allow you to disconnect the fuel port is to put a tiny thin seam of the nylon skirt between the bottom of the fuel port and the flat wide surface of the fuel port grab fuel module on gas tank. It's a lot 'harder' to drive without serious damage to the gas tank and fuel rods than you 'ever' think. I tried some hardened steel pliers with needles and destroyed them in the process. Steel vs Nylon Plastic! They only serve this purpose. They have an aluminum or steel feel, sliding between the nylon skirt and fuel port and squeezing the latch. There are two different sizes because fuel connections are usually different sizes between outlet and inlet (or source and drain) to the carburetor or fuel injectors. Each has a hole for a chain-like keychain so you don't lose it. I put them on top of the spark arrestor for the toolbox so they don't get lost or splinter.
