I would rate it higher but unit does NOT come with wall switch as stated in Revain's published description of the product. Only one remote control is included. Looks great; It's a heavy machine - seems sturdy. This unit was installed in a beach house that I rent out on a very limited basis. A device with a wall switch is required so that the tenants do not lose the remote control. I got nervous beforehand. Called quorum support. (had gotten the wrong answer at first) but then got the correct answer from Cory, who pointed out that after the initial setup I used the remote to select the speed and fan with the normal wall switch I already had (normal single pole wall switch). That's cool. Now I chose speed. Renters can now ON/OFF ONLY at the switch and I don't have to worry about them playing at speeds or a reversible fan. Yahoo!
