So I wont be able to attest to the effectiveness of the clot stopping bandage and tourniquet. And hope I need to. But its definitely packaged for emergency situations. Blatant lettering to remind you what it is in a hurry.Being sealed the way it is keeps it sterile. Tough plastic coating that is hard to puncture but easy to open at the right place. I'll keep it in a special place in my car, but hope to never need it. But it feels nice to know its there if I need.
