I have had several sets of LED cubes on my vehicles over the past few years, and most performed okay and some not so much. Usually they would succumb to moisture, even after sealing them up with silicone. So, when I was considering getting a new set of aux lights for my old Bronco, I was not really interested in another set of LED cubes. So, I researched spotlights for several reasons. The first is their appearance is a fit with the look of the old round headlights, and second, from what I can tell, their design is more impervious to moisture than the light bars or cubes. So, after some deliberation, I ordered these. I could not be happier with how they look and function. When I wired them in, and turned them on for the first time on a dark road, I was astounded at how much light they put out. It was significantly more than the LED's that I had before. It put my HID headlights to shame! The LED's have a nominal power draw, and not much heat that I can detect. Having grown up on Halogen and other incandescent illumination types, I continue to be amazed at the improvements in automotive lighting these LEDs are making. I would recommend these to anyone looking for functional and simple auxiliary lighting.
