It's my fault for not researching this tape more. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you plan to use this on watercolor paper. No matter what paper I use (cheap, professional) it rips my paper when it comes time to remove it. I was able to salvage my work by trimming the ruined edges with a utility knife, but you may not want to do this to your work. Look for an artist's book instead, if that's what it's for! UPDATE: I tried this on Arches Hot Press watercolor paper and it worked like a charm. I did not tear my paper or remove the fibers/pulp from the paper. So maybe it just depends on the quality and tooth of the paper.
