This gun is amazing. So glad I bought it. It got me through a painful period of breaking my back and finding it difficult to commute to work. pain relief. Definitely recommend. The heated option is everything! At first I didn't think the heated version would work, it's complicated. You really have to put the nozzle in there or it won't work. It was a minute but I figured it out. If that doesn't work, you haven't pushed it deep enough!
