Review on Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Lens - Fixed Black (6310B002) for US Cameras by Goro Akechi ᠌

Looks great on 6D as a staffer, sharp, small and not annoying. For a long time I used it instead of a plug on the camera, when you need to urgently shoot something - it was enough. Pros: The most compact Canon lens, Sharp from an open aperture, small XA (I don’t notice in the pictures), lightweight, inexpensive. Perfectly accurate autofocus Cons: On the full frame there is vignetting (it is solved by turning on auto-correction in the camera for JPG), trunk, stm electro-focus - there is no direct mechanical connection. There was a batch with a jamb (stopped focusing) - it is solved by ating through the camera, but a friend put bricks when she faced it personally.
