Very well made, quiet and cools just like my previous water cooling system. Installation is easy and it's solid. Doesn't charge or charge the motherboard. I was a little disappointed that the values didn't drop as much as others claimed (they stayed the same, while others reported up to 30 degrees when idling and no more than 45-50 degrees under load). Idle with my i7 4790K (not overclocked) it's hot to around 36 degrees and under load it still gets to 70 degrees sometimes even 75. This is in an ATX tower with 6 other Noctua fans doing the airflow . So it's about the same as liquid cooling. The big plus is that it's quiet and takes up a lot less space. You really can't go wrong with Noctua products. I'm not sure why my prices are so much higher than others. I know the 4790K gets pretty hot compared to other i7s so I blame that. As we said, it is liquid-cooled in temperature, takes up less space and runs silently even at maximum fan speed. So that's the winner in my book. After replacing all my case fans with Noctua fans and installing a STRIX GTX 960 graphics card (the fans only work when they're working hard), I now have an incredibly powerful gaming rig that runs silently even while gaming.
