This worked really great! I have 4 cats with different coat types. the coat is long and fluffy, the coat is short but thick, the coat is short but thinner, the coat is medium length. I dried them all the same day and for the next week not a single hair would fly away when we stroked them. I figured you had to apply more pressure than most cats would like, but 1 of me liked it, the other didn't care and 2 were scared (1 is scared of his own shadow so it doesn't count lol). One piece of advice I can make sure to let the fur build up before attempting to pull it out of the glove, otherwise the fur will be difficult to pull out. When the fur is minimal I've used a taped lint roller and it worked great. I don't understand how you can give a product 1 star if your cat is afraid of it. does it work or not? Now the fur will flutter when you pet the animals, especially if they keep trying to get away, just do this before vacuuming. For the price and the fact that it gets the job done. I give 5 stars! I gave my set to a neighbor, I let her try the gloves on her medium to medium length fur dog and she said she liked the gloves and they fit them perfectly too. I'll order another set soon.
