Purchased these for 92 yr.old Father-in - law. They work well and has helped his hearing quite a bit. They are comfortable to wear too. Controls are a bit difficult for 92 yr old hands but not extremely so.I have upgraded my previous ratings for these hearing amplifiers (HA) from 4 stars to 5 stars mainly because of their customer support and quick response to a problem we had with the units. These hearing amplifiers failed after just 5 months of use. I found Banglijian's contact information in another customers comments under Review or Questions (contact them at: Banglijian-Services@hotmail.com - it would be helpful if they added their contact information to the Ebay web page for this product). I contacted them about our issue and they had me send the failed HA's back to them for repair or replacement after following the troubleshooting steps they had sent to me. I received an email before the returned units had been received by them stating that they would just send out two new units to resolve the issues. We received the replacement units and they are working fine now. Thanks Banglijian!
