Reviewing our paperless office solution - Ticketmaster

I like the ability to see all my tickets at once. Also, it's easy to file them away into folders for future reference. The interface could use some work, but it does what it needs to do. It's not difficult to learn. If you have questions, they are usually answered in their FAQ section. You can also always reach out, as there are many friendly people who are always willing to help. I'm solving the problem of keeping track of tickets and tickets with multiple parties involved. It has been a lot easier to keep track of everything, as well as be able to find certain documents much faster than searching through physical files.

Pros
  • Very user friendly platform where anyone should feel comfortable using regardless if its new employee/first time visitor etc.and very intuitive even though we've had issues navigating around before because sometimes
