Very good for the knee. Good compression. Withstands cold temperatures very well. Bottled according to instructions at 5 p.m. Open at 10am the next day. The ice was gone but it was still icy. Amazing product: It doesn't ice the back of your knees. I need to ice the patella area and this product has a hole for bending, I can't fault it. Biggest problem: Both valves start leaking water when switched off. . On the first day of use I expected a leak when disconnecting, but to my surprise it didn't happen. On the second day, something leaks out of the hose valve. On the third day, there is a lot of dripping from both the kneecap and the tube valve.
