The massage roller pretty much matches the description and depictions in the product detail. So, pay attention to the picture that illustrates the size of the roller. Yes, it is that big. However, it is very lightweight. It feels like it's all plastic material, which aids in the lightness.Speaking of light, the supposed solar micro current feature seems to be just marketing blather. I allowed direct sunlight to shine upon the 'collector' which resulted in no change whatsoever. And, there is no battery or mention of any capacitors that might store energy. There is no power button. All this leads to the assumption that except for the colored plastic on the top (which seems to do nothing), the solar aspect is just marketing filler. That certainly affects the rating and overall appreciation of this massage roller.The roller is shiny, with no sharp edges. The spheres spin nicely, which could provide a decent muscle massage.I've attached photos to show real world images of the massage roller, with a ruler for size reference.I was underwhelmed with this massage roller. Accordingly, a low level recommendation.
