Epic piece of shit! The idea behind it is pretty cool, but the plugin is weak at best. My wife hit it and the plug broke in the socket and actually damaged the socket so it stopped working. The gooseneck part works great, looks good. I had to remove the cover and magnets as my wife uses a pop socket and a phone case that holds a credit card (anti-card magnets would be bad). I removed the lid, removed the magnets and attached the pop socket holder with epoxy. I thought it might be a weak point, but no. If you want to pay to get your car fixed when it breaks down then this is definitely the mount for you. However, if you don't like flushing $16 plus the cost of replacing an outlet down the drain, then go ahead and find something else. If they didn't fix the item I would ask for my money back as I have to force the seller to fix what is broken on their product.
