I already have 4 pcs. I sent back the first 2 after a few weeks because the mixers were starting to make noise and weaken. The 3rd block I got was great, it massaged really well, the warmth was excellent. Easy to use and intense, I like deep kneading. Unlike Homed, this one has now started slipping at 4 months, the kneading slips and doesn't work like it used to. There is no cure for that. Inside, everything is solid polystyrene foam, and the dough kneaders are sadly erased plastic rollers, as opposed to metal, which would stay and last. I can't return it at the moment and I'm starting to realize the end is near of this device I really need and enjoy when I'm under such stress. I am a frequent user. Due to the lack of durability I can only afford 2 stars. It doesn't have to be a disposable device!
