Fixed hot water issue
The originally installed shower handle leaked cold water into the hot water line. Pressure equalization value failed. The house is only 4 years old. Basically our hot water went above 110 degrees when the water heater was set to 140. This solved the problem, we have very hot water again. Easy installation if you are a handy person. Hope this one lasts longer. I bought a second one just in case.
