I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use without needing any training or help from an expert user of this software. The customer service department at my office uses Next 4Biz as their main CRM system which makes things easier when trying to keep track of our customers' needs/issues and follow up accordingly. There are some features we'd love to have but haven't been able to find yet (such as being able to create multiple emails in one go). We've also had issues where certain fields within contacts would become blank even though they were filled out previously - something not addressed by support until after several weeks waiting time. If you're looking for a simple way to manage your contact information/customer requests then definitely consider using Next 4bib! As mentioned above, there's nothing too complicated about how to get started if someone who knows what they want already wants to start working through one of the tutorials available.
