Review on Gorgias by Michael Boyce

We use Gorgias to help our team communicate with customers. It's easy to set up and customize, and it's helpful for keeping track of conversations. I love that I can also easily reply directly from my inbox. Sometimes the chat window is difficult to see if you're looking at your phone or computer. This isn't a huge issue but sometimes it's hard to tell what someone has said in the chat window. There are a lot of features in this software so you don't have to worry about learning everything right away. You can learn as you go and get the most out of the product. We've been able to solve some customer service issues by using this software.
