I get a hitch in my knee from time to time and I can normally work it out carefully in around twenty minutes by limping around when walking but this time I could only get rid of it for an hour or so and then it would come back. So I figured the use of a knee brace would work. It did perfectly. I wore this for two weeks every day from the time I got up until I went to bed. I haven`t had a problem in weeks after having taken it off. But I had to put powder on my leg so that it wouldn`t dig into my leg and make it very uncomfortable to walk. That work perfectly also.
