I purchased this tool when I bought the Davies and Simon book on trigger point therapy. The money I invested in these two products has saved me a ton of money by being able to do my own trigger point therapy. Knobble II is a very easy to use tool that relieves hand fatigue from pressing trigger points. It speaks for itself - hold it like a doorknob. I even see people with severe joint pain using this trigger point therapy tool. The trigger point book tells me where the pain trigger points are (the point you press to get rid of the pain isn't always the same as the location of the pain - it's called "reflected pain"), and Knobble II lets me do it aim for the points that I can normally reach. The trigger therapy stick reaches points all around the back. When I hired a trigger therapist, I had to make an appointment and pay for it. Now when I wake up feeling down, I look for the most serious trigger point injuries and fix the bad ones in a few minutes before I even get up this morning. If a spot bothers me during the day, I just take a pen and work on it for a minute and it goes away. I do full trigger point therapy once a week. You get to know your weaknesses very quickly by reading a book and Knobble is just great - before I got it it was hard for me to make just a few points that I knew were at the time. This eliminates the need to physically push hard. I can say without reservation that this is simply the best money I have ever spent.
