Description of Pressure Positive Co Knobble Purple

Comfortable to hold massage tool delivers accurate pressure; lie on it for effective self-massage. Made of durable polymer with a band of non-latex, Santoprene. The smoothly rounded tip is used with a variety of grips to apply pressure to trigger points in soft tissue. Lie on it or place it behind you in a chair to do your back, glutes, hamstrings and other hard to reach areas. The Knobble II massage tool is designed to reduce Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) to the forearms, wrists, hands, fingers and thumbs while applying deep or prolonged pressure to the muscle knots or taught bands of contracted muscle tissue.

Great product :) - Massage tools and accessories

Here's a suggestion - Plastic/rubber version of the original wooden handle - Half the price and half the weight A few months ago I was struggling to get used to the work since my modality it requires keeping the tissue in a compressed state for several seconds, which takes time to acclimate. I got this to prevent hand injuries as there are a lot of big guys in my community with tight muscles and active trigger points for flat irons. on the skin due to the smooth but not *too* smooth plastic…

As a person with a wobbly neck caused by computer neck strain, the key for me is not just targeting the top layer of muscle, but digging deep into that interconnected bottom layer (which you might not notice ) unless it's ignited, but you can probably find out if you're here). The perfect tool for trigger point therapy

I purchased this tool when I bought the Davies and Simon book on trigger point therapy. The money I invested in these two products has saved me a ton of money by being able to do my own trigger point therapy. Knobble II is a very easy to use tool that relieves hand fatigue from pressing trigger points. It speaks for itself - hold it like a doorknob.
