The customer support team are great! They were not just helpful but very patient with me as I was new at using their product so they helped guide us through how best suited it would be in our situation by explaining its different functions etc., Their willingness & knowledge made this such good experience from start-to-finish which could sometimes make things difficult if you're doing something wrong or being too slow/inaccurate however that's only because your trying hard enough (like myself) :) We have had some issues recently where we've been unable add certain items into guests accounts like housekeeping products ekgs ect..
This really makes tracking them down extremely time consuming especially when there can often times also no way to find out who worked what shift without having gone back over previous guest records - hence wasting valuable days going round every day until someone finds one particular item missing then goes off looking again before eventually finding whoever may know anything about.
