My most recent online purchasing experience with Moonrays, a home improvement supply company, was a nightmare. I would not suggest this company to anyone after my negative experience with them. I found Moonrays when looking for outdoor lights for my house. At first, I was thrilled by the variety of goods they offered, but my enthusiasm soon cooled as I sought to make a purchase. Their website is cluttered and difficult to use. It's hard to tell which products would meet my needs because the descriptions are so general and uninformative. Furthermore, there were numerous technical issues with the website, including pages not loading and items disappearing from my shopping basket. I got even more upset when I tried to contact customer service for assistance. They were slow to respond, taking days to answer my questions, and provided me with just temporary fixes. When my shipment arrived, I was quite let down by the poor quality of the items. They broke easily even after minimal use because to their poor quality. In sum, dealing with Moonrays was the worst nightmare I've ever had. Avoid this company at all costs because of their confusing website, unhelpful customer support, and subpar goods.
