DREAM printer! Goodbye HP, CANON & BROTHER!

Works great, simple and clean design. Continuous. Simply unpack and set up. Before setting up CD WiFi, make sure the printer is turned on (since it will go into a sleep mode and turn itself off). Also, when unpacking, do not touch the small brown cork paper feed wheel even for half a second, otherwise it will get oily and stop feeding paper. Huge paper tray! Message to Canon, HP and Brother: They were all monopolists and got too big for their pants! All your printers and customer service people suck. HP now thinks it can MANDATORY that you order their ink PERMANENTLY and not be able to use Costco's cartridge refill service. Canon PDF Maker and ADF are completely useless BUT they offer a lot of unnecessary software that slows everything else down. The executives of these "Big Three" printers sit in the Bahamas with their lovers while the idiots dump their businesses and products into the ground. They care LESS about their customers being scammed and spend half their lives on the phone with customer service trying to get their increasingly cheaper products to perform basic functions. If you ever lose connection to the Wi-Fi scanner (e.g. after a power outage), you may get a pop-up message in Chinese on your computer screen (don't panic), connect the printer to your printer using a USB cable Computer, and just go to the website and download the latest printer driver (perhaps even save it to your desktop for easy access in the future). After installing the driver, you can unplug the USB cable. One day my print jobs got stuck so I had to go to the control panel under devices and select that printer again as if it had lost the correct printer selection. They used to have 1 year of technical support, but now it's only 90 days. I strongly recommend an extended warranty.

  • Comfortable
Cons
