Review on 🏍️ Charcoal Touring Motorcycle Half Cover by UltraGard 4-458G by Eric Ramen

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Suitable for Kawasaki Versys 650 with luggage rack and high windshield.

I bought a touring sized bag for my Versys 650 with a Kappa 53 luggage rack, Givi Dolomiti 36L panniers and an 18" Cee Bailey windshield. It covers the trunk completely and the front up to the headlights. The sides slope down far enough to cover the front turn signals and are wide enough to cover the top few inches of the saddlebags. It seems to have a nice elastic band around the bottom edge that pulls it snugly to the bike Only problem is the straps that hold it are elastic and will wear out over time but I can replace them Update September 2019 I replaced the elastic straps on it earlier this year Never mind I have however notes that it recently developed a small 1" crack near the barrel. For a year and 10 months of almost daily use, including as a sunscreen on most working days, in the rain, strong winds and snow, and for its light weight, I'd say it's not bad. At the moment I sealed it with transparent gorilla tape. I will most likely buy another one. Easier to use half coverage versus full coverage means I'm more likely to use it. I have a recommendation: take a waterproofing spray like Scotch Guard or Camp Dri and spray it in thoroughly. It can be waterproof, but waterproofing helps a lot.
