Three large (BIG!) spools in basic black. You need a large spindle that won't fit in your regular sewing machine. It's great value for money, and who doesn't always need white and black yarn? In my experience, simthread yarns are strong and durable with a beautiful sheen. I use them with the Janome Memory Craft 12000 and have never had a problem. I also use them with the basic Singer workhorse with no problems. It is a strong, reliable and durable thread. Hardly any tears, even at higher sewing speeds.
