We made this for my smart 11 year old daughter and I to make together. I did most of it myself, but she was very helpful and cut and pasted a lot myself. It takes a long time and we were happy to break it up into short sessions for about an hour each night. The best part is that it's very easy to make it the way you want it. If you see my photo you can see that we modified the floor and used additional details to make a different part of the floor. We both thought there was too much stuff in this tiny space, so we wanted to expand the space and make it less cramped. My other suggestion would be not to cut out all those tiny leaves, but to go to the hobby lobby and buy artificial flowers and leaves. It made the whole process much more enjoyable. We also watched the movie The Secret World of Arrietty (Borrowers) which was a lot of fun. Now it's called the home of the borrowers!
