Well I thought it was a purple brand - but it's only purple. It's not that it's bad or anything but I don't know how to compare it other than it was cheaper which is why I bought it. It's really helpful and makes a difference when I'm sitting in my chair at my desk! (slips a little, but I also move a little) I'm ultimately glad I have it and really can't think of anything bad to say other than maybe try calling it Non-Purple Purple. I don't know, just saying if it weren't so intentionally similar to the purple band and I bought it knowing my review here could only be short and sweet.
