This is a Japanese version of an American product at a significant discount. The only difference between these two products is that this product comes with instructions in Japanese. I found the English instructions online on Toto's website, so that's good. First let me say this is a great personal care product. The water tank is large enough to clean sufficiently in one go. Don't listen to reviews complaining about the size of the tank. That's some nonsense. The product is easy to fill, has two spray settings and is easy to use. I prefer the stronger setting as I find it offers the best cleaning. The device is slim with clean lines and feels good in the hand. Now I take my travel sink with me everywhere and can't imagine going back to the days when I didn't have one. I keep it in my briefcase as it's quite small but definitely won't fit in my pocket. Nothing beats a travel cleaner for hygiene on the go. Highly recommend this product to anyone who thinks toilet paper is not enough. The sink is a little pricey but I would pay again if I knew what I was doing now. UPDATE: 2 years later this unit is as good as the day I bought it.
