I received the foot massager and it was very easy for me to use it. Just plug in. The only problem was that the remote control didn't work. I read and re-read the instructions to find out why I am having this problem. I couldn't figure out how to open the remote control. Directions are very sparse with information, so studying information and diagrams won't tell you anything. I then turned to customer reviews and found that the remote's battery was packaged separately in a small plastic bag that was tossed loosely into the huge box it came in. I missed it completely! Reading the reviews I learned how to open the remote (instructions not included!) and insert the battery. (Works great now!) The foot massager has helped tremendously with neuropathy in my feet and lower extremities. I am fully enjoying the benefits of increased circulation which helps with burning legs.
