Nice laptop; Workmanship, fit and finish are first class. But beware of one issue which is a deal breaker for me, the screen is GLOSSY. Yes, it's touchless, and yes, one of Acer America's responses to Revain claims the display is "matte," but the display is actually glossy. If you like glossy display or glossy display, that's no problem. For you, this laptop is a very good device and I would recommend it based on performance and price. But I personally just can't use a glossy display. This laptop should be an everyday software development tool, but the glossy display makes that impossible in the office. If you use a glossy display for many hours a day, reflected light and images are too distracting and strain your eyes. I judge a laptop by its display and am totally willing to pay for a quality display and it has an IPS panel, good resolution and brightness and color reproduction. but the glossy, bright, reflective screen makes it unusable for me. Revain, please correct your questions and answers to properly describe the product you are selling! And Acer, please make the same computer without the glossy display.
