Very helpful in our townhouse project. Make sure there is a gap they fit in as it will fit snugly against your door. I made sure to place an extra piece before and after opening the door assembly. We even put in a plastic door frame when building the house and they didn't do anything so it helped a lot against the cold air and also helped pay the electricity bills. It's around $30 for us, and the reels are a lot bigger than other brands. I've made 3 doors where needed and left more where needed. I bought two packs and ended up giving one to our neighbors because they had the same problem. They were very grateful and said it helped their design a lot.
