Weather Protection Over Door

I live in an apartment building and I had a small gap above the door and a small gap around the door. I bought two different types of glue to seal the gap and keep flies out of my apartment. One was thin and narrow around the door and the top one was thicker because I had more clearance. Luckily I bought the right width and thickness. If you don't do this, you won't be able to close the door.

Works well - Weatherstrip

We had a gap in the door due to a previous seal that had fallen apart and this helped repair it. The strip isn't as wide as I thought, but we just put another strip next to each other. So far so good, it's only been a few days. It also sticks well. Came with I think 32ft and we were able to apply 3 times top to bottom on one side of the door frame where our gap was the widest. (apartments refuse to renovate anything so we had to do it ourselves)

  • EASY TO INSTALL - Window sealing tape is easy to adjust and cut with scissors or a knife and can easily be bent into any shape.

No more draft! We even saved on the electricity bill.

Very helpful in our townhouse project. Make sure there is a gap they fit in as it will fit snugly against your door. I made sure to place an extra piece before and after opening the door assembly. We even put in a plastic door frame when building the house and they didn't do anything so it helped a lot against the cold air and also helped pay the electricity bills. It's around $30 for us, and the reels are a lot bigger than other brands. I've made 3 doors where needed and left more where…
