There is no irritation on the ear pads, and while the fit is nice, you will need some time to get used to it before the headphones will sit correctly. The control is easy to use, with the exception of the cyclical switching of the modes "normal," "noise reduction," and "transparent." In order to activate the mode you want, you have to switch back and forth in a circle. Having broken bass and poor noise cancellation is obviously the worst thing that could happen. This has been happening on for the past few firmware updates, and although the Chinese online forums are packed with people venting their frustrations, Huawei has not provided a response. Purchasing is not something that I currently advise doing.
