These wires make great 16AWG wires that connect to a SAE DIY Projects connector. I have used these cables and a similar brand (Hopkins 47965 2-Pole Flat Extension), both have almost the same construction except for one thing. The side of the SAE connector on this one has 3 pins to grab your fingers and the other only 2. This product seems to be better for projects that you want to switch off frequently as it's just more convenient. The other brand is more something you want to leave for a long time or install permanently as it's a bit more difficult to grab the plug to remove. Overall both products are very good and I would buy again if I need more.
