I am very disappointed in this company. Got a pair for Father's Day. Really pumped up to hit the road with them. My family followed the size recommendations when purchasing. Result: too small and manufacturing defect in the big toe of the right foot. You have a great marketing machine and a seemingly loyal customer base, but when you charge premium prices you just need to have a proper quality control system. I don't know who their quality control is but they really need a new one.
