Arrived quickly and in good condition. I have to admit that ordering from Amazon was cheaper than ordering from Homedepot. I did it in two days, although I wasn't in any particular hurry. I bought this to install as a pit cover over my sump. It doesn't have an actual lid, just a piece of 3/4" thick machined plywood with a piping duct cut out. The plumbing to close the pit was intended to reduce moisture and control pest access to open water. I tested my radon and it was well below the limit but I figured venting the possible source wouldn't hurt either. I think it's the seals. Smells like freshly pumped silicone sealant. Judging by the fact that you'll most likely have to do the sealing yourself, it doesn't matter probably doesn't matter but if you're sensitive to it be careful no problem if you're drilling in concrete you'll need a good hammer drill I used a reusable anchor in case I had to pull the item back out for some reason The outlet holes are positioned differently, I had to redesign the pump to accommodate the holes e.g u use so that the lid could be opened from one side. There isn't a hole in the side of the mounting ring. There doesn't seem to be a cork for the one on the side, looks like 3/4" or 1" will probably have to buy one. The small hole in the top fits my outlet tube for my drain pump. A 3 inch threaded hole works well for a vent hole. Once I have it it will be very easy to insert the fan if I also have one.
