Expensive and cheap, terrible guarantee

Bought in September 2018 for almost $200 for a small office of less than 10 people. When trying to punch through the paper with a hole punch, the base broke. SWINGLINE refuses to do anything about it as the warranty has expired. We've used this thing probably 20 times in 2 years and that it broke where it broke is just ridiculous. Don't waste your money on, or I would say any of their products. Very disappointed
