Review on πŸš— Enhance Vehicle Safety with Beastron 12V/2.4GHz Wireless Video Transmitter and Receiver for Backup and Front Car Cameras by Bradley Wacks

Transmitter intermittent

Reversing signal intermittent. I installed this unit on my F-350 Crew Cab with an 8ft bed. The camera is installed in the trunk handle. Most of the time I have to wait for the camera to pick up a signal before backing up or completing reverse parking. The image is still blurry or missing most of the time. When I get a picture at all, there's just no signal on my monitor. This device might work well in a mid-to-compact car or truck, but I don't recommend it for full-size devices. The manufacturer and retailer should have an area where the device is rated, but there is no such information. If you purchase this item, you do so at your own risk as it may no longer meet your needs as it ages a little. Don't get me wrong, when I first bought it it seemed to work fine, but it's gotten worse over the years.

Pros
  • Reversing cameras
Cons
  • Some little things
