Quick and easy installation of the reversing camera!

Great price. Top quality. plug and play Very fast delivery from Singapore. Quick and easy installation of rear view camera or remote video. Eliminates the need to run cables from the camera to the main unit. The remote video transmitter unit is powered via the connection to the (white) reversing lights. No additional wiring is required. The receiver is easy to install on the head unit (RCA connector for video, power and ground). Most head units also need to be hooked up to a transmission…

Cons
  • Not sure

If it is only used for reverse, you should have no problem and be happy.

The first transmitter did not work. The power cables are so thin that you have to solder and wrap a thicker wire with shrink tubing to connect them. The transmitter, if left on all the time, was interfering with the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). I ended up paying over $200 to have all the sensors replaced before I figured out what was going on. :( The picture quality is above the price but sometimes it crashes. The head unit I always left you for the rear camera. The picture freezes…

Works, some fluffy dirt

Well, it really works. But it didn't save a single step. I still have to route the trigger cable from the main unit. Either on the tail light bulb or on the reverse gear switch mounted on the gearbox. Which is very difficult to get. So I put a wire to another backup lightbulb. For head unit trigger. It works. It's a little blurry. But nothing that should affect functionality. It took 2 hours to get this wire to the bulb. I could run the whole cable and a step. I will not pull out the head unit…

The transmitter is simply connected behind the rear light and works.

Works well. My Jeep Grand Cherokee has a sunroof and I didn't want to remove a lot of trim to use the license plate camera so I use this with an eyeball camera in the hitch plug (see photo). The camera comes with a hole punch so the camera can be mounted in the bumper but I don't tow much so I leave it in the hitch cover. A quick release wire is attached to the camera for removal. The transmitter simply plugs in behind the taillight assembly and slides down to the camera port. I drilled a hole…

Amazing WIRELESS video transmitter!

I bought these to add a wireless backup camera to my RV. I have already installed a wired camera on my truck and have found that I love its convenience. I have a really hard time backing a van into a driveway and making sure the tires don't fall into a ditch or end up in a mailbox. These transmitters do an excellent job of sending video from the back of my 32ft RV to the cab of my truck with lots of metal, wires and other things in between. I was very surprised at how good the image quality was

Transmitter intermittent

Reversing signal intermittent. I installed this unit on my F-350 Crew Cab with an 8ft bed. The camera is installed in the trunk handle. Most of the time I have to wait for the camera to pick up a signal before backing up or completing reverse parking. The image is still blurry or missing most of the time. When I get a picture at all, there's just no signal on my monitor. This device might work well in a mid-to-compact car or truck, but I don't recommend it for full-size devices. The…

It works well, some kind of visual noise and sometimes the image disappears.

Works well. The transmitter is mounted in a waterproof plastic case on the hitch of my trailer and the receiver for an 8 inch monitor in my Chevrolet Tahoe is on the dash. I disconnected the transmitter and camera from the RV navigation lights so it works when I connect and tow. I get a lot of visual noise and sometimes the picture goes blank. This would probably work better if the transmitter and receiver were in the same car, but in that case you can just run a solid wire. I'm considering…

Very easy to install, too much static electricity

Installed them so I didn't have to disassemble the interior of the car. They work but there was a lot of noise. I adjusted the placement and it helped (keep them away from all power and metal sources). I ended up adding a coil of wire and building a new antenna to try and place it on a larger line and away from metals and power sources. That helped a lot and almost stopped the noise in the picture. It was weird when static appeared and disappeared on the screen. It seemed to me that everything…
