I took the risk of purchasing this item as I have already purchased the version in the store and have found that it meets my seawater requirements. While there seems to be a difference in quality between the store bought version and the Revain version, I don't agree with all of the reviews that criticize the quality of these hidden caves. The edges can be easily smoothed with your hands under warm water, and unsightly seams or very rough areas can be easily sanded down with sandpaper or a small Dremel tool. As this is mass produced I don't expect the fit to be as good as a custom made one. As for the results in my aquarium, see for yourself in the attached photos. They look great in the aquarium and my cichlids love them. My ball tetras and Kori also enjoy the caves if they are allowed to visit them. To date, there have been no issues with fish injuries or other weird comments in low-star reviews.
