I have purchased two Dell Revain laptops. Prices are low and Dell's long-term factory warranty is huge. But in both cases, it took me hours - HOURS - to update software, drivers, and other tasks to get them up and running. The second laptop bought a few weeks ago was basically DOA. I was ready to send it back but later decided to take the time to fix it. I'm sure these things will sit on the shelf until bought. But come on! Both arrived with no Wi-Fi drivers installed. The first time it took multiple calls to Dell to resolve the issue. The second time I knew the exercise. I think the prices dictate some inconveniences.
