The rating is just my personal preference. Other reviewers love the sheets. So I would say try it. However, we prefer traditional high quality cotton sheets. I washed Sheex a few times before throwing them away. We didn't feel like they were cooler (much like cotton sheets). They stretch and wrap around the other person which creates too much movement on my part. It felt like I was wearing stretchy clothing rather than a cool cotton sheet. I kept them too long to return so we will be using them on our sleeper sofa at our beach house.
