Not for candles or wax melts

If you are working with oil, edible candles or melted wax, this is not a good surface to place the first item on as it is just a thicker, smooth sheet of heavyweight paper. Whatever it is, it works very well against a wall and when the item came up it wasn't rolled or anything. Came in a flat box
