It's not a great vacuum but my carpet cleaner told me about it. My Dyson pet's vacuum was licking at the joints and the body was cracking and breaking. The repair was prohibitively expensive. I chose the Windsor Sensor S12 which my carpet cleaner uses in their cleaning service. This vacuum really cleans, really fluffs up the carpet and really picks up dog hair. The price is the same as the Dyson beast, but the Windsor sensor works better.
