I was a bit nervous about ordering as there weren't many reviews, but my duvet was well received! No dirt or tears as I feared based on other reviews. Looks the same as the close-ups listed. Soft material, feels like two sheets sewn together with a pocket in between (it's a duvet cover - don't expect it to be thick). I wish there were 6 ties in it instead of 4 just for personal preference. Also I thought the pom poms were bigger as they looked a bit bigger in the picture but they are the same size as the similar ones I've seen on Amazon and they are just regular sized pom poms. It's not BRIGHT, cool white, but close (shown in photos against a very light/cool white pillowcase). It appears to be a neutral white, but it looks creamier in the photos, which it isn't. Shown WITHOUT the duvet cover on a California king bed so the size seems pretty good for a full/queen.
